Leading Ladies Panel Talk

THE LEADERSHIP CODE

THE UNWRITTEN RULES OF POWER, POSITION AND INFLUENCE

Competence gets you to the table. What you do next decides whether you're heard.
At the highest levels of leadership, success depends on more than expertise. It comes down to judgement, credibility, influence and the ability to navigate complex decisions when there is no obvious answer. These are the lessons rarely taught, yet often the ones that shape a career. In this Panel Talk, five women operating at the highest level, in the boardroom, at the head of an organisation, as entrepreneur and investor, share what they've learned about power, position and influence. Expect a candid conversation about leadership behind the scenes, followed by a networking reception among women who speak the same language.

2025 "When Failure Becomes Your Biggest Success"
Our 2025 Panel Talk brought together accomplished female leaders for a conversation that was as candid as it was inspiring. Under the theme “When Failure Becomes Your Biggest Success,” our speakers explored how pivotal setbacks often define leadership’s most meaningful chapters.

Hosted in Amsterdam’s Zuidas in partnership with Nautadutilh, the event gathered a room of exceptional women across industries for an afternoon of dialogue and connection.

This year’s event was also held in support of the Female Cancer Foundation, an organization committed to creating a world without cervical cancer. We were proud to contribute to their mission through donations raised during the event and through the sale of the Gift for Life bracelets, created in partnership with Schaap en Citroen.
